1. Start with a conversation
We begin with a virtual or in‑person consultation where we dig into your history, current symptoms, goals, and schedule so we understand what matters most to you.


2. Assessment that matches your goals
Depending on your needs, we’ll look at things like how you move, your strength, range of motion, and how your spine and joints handle everyday tasks or sport‑specific demands. This can be done in your home or virtually with clear guidance on how to set up your space and camera.


3. A clear plan, not generic exercises
You’ll receive a customized plan that may include hands‑on mobile physical therapy, virtual PT, strength and conditioning, and a structured home program. We’ll explain what’s causing your pain or limitation, what each exercise is doing, and what progress should look like week to week.


4. Ongoing coaching and monitoring
Between visits, we track your exercises, adjust volume and difficulty, and troubleshoot flare‑ups or barriers to consistency. You’ll know how to reach us, how quickly to expect a response, and when we’ll proactively check in on your progress.



5. From rehab to performance
As symptoms improve, we shift the focus from simply reducing pain to building durable strength, resilience, and confidence so you can return to the activities and sports you care about—and stay there.
